Materials Used
All pieces are handcrafted using polymer clay—a durable, oven-baked modeling material made from polyvinyl chloride (PVC). Please note that polymer clay does not contain actual clay minerals and is not food safe. Items listed on this site are for decorative and personal use only and should not be used to store or consume food or beverages.
Unless otherwise specified in individual product descriptions, all jewelry findings are made with surgical-grade stainless steel, known for its durability and hypoallergenic properties. If you have a sensitivity or allergy and require alternative metal options, feel free to reach out—alternate findings may be available upon request.
Due to the handmade nature of each item, minor imperfections may be present. These do not affect the functionality or wearability of the piece and are factored into the individual pricing.

Please be aware that many items in this shop contain small parts and are not suitable for young children, as they may pose a choking hazard.
Care Guidelines
Polymer clay is a lightweight and versatile material that can last for many years when cared for properly. To ensure the longevity of your pieces:
- Store items carefully and away from direct sunlight, heat, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals.
- Avoid wearing your jewelry in water—including showers, pools, and during handwashing.
- To clean, gently wipe with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use alcohol, acetone, or abrasive cleaners.
While polymer clay is durable once cured, delicate designs can break if bent or dropped. Please handle your pieces with care. Do not attempt to bend or reshape them under any circumstance.
To prevent scratches or damage, store your earrings and accessories in a jewelry box or stand, and avoid tossing them into bags or drawers unprotected.
Breakage & Repairs
In the rare case that an item arrives damaged or breaks with normal use, please contact me by email within a reasonable time frame. Include photos of the item and proof of purchase so we can discuss possible solutions.
Please note that:
- Items will not be replaced or refunded if damage results from improper care or storage.
- Refunds or replacements cannot be offered for items purchased more than 6 months ago.
Your satisfaction matters, and I’ll do my best to resolve any genuine concerns.
Processing Times Information
Ready-made items will be processed within up to 7 working days, unless stated otherwise in the individual product listing.
Pre-order items are made to order, and specific processing times will be provided within their respective listings. During peak periods, processing may take up to 10 weeks. In rare cases, if the timeframe extends beyond this due to high demand or a larger volume of listings, you will be notified upon purchase and offered the option to cancel your order if you prefer.
Custom orders are handled on a case-by-case basis, with processing times discussed and agreed upon before purchase.
If any unforeseen delays occur with the processing of your order, you will be informed as soon as possible.
Please note that the timeframes provided refer to processing only. Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are beyond my control, especially during busy seasons or postal delays.
Shipping Policy
Once the 48-hour cancellation window has passed, your order will enter the processing queue for dispatch.
Shipping Within Canada
All orders within Canada are shipped via Canada Post, typically using Standard Lettermail or Tracked Parcel, depending on the size and value of the order.
- Lettermail does not include tracking and is used for smaller items like stud earrings.
- For larger or higher-value items, Tracked Parcel is used, and a tracking number will be provided once the item is shipped.
If you have a preference or need your order urgently, please contact me prior to purchase to discuss available shipping upgrades.
International Shipping
International orders are shipped via Canada Post using Tracked Packet, Small Packet, or International Surface/Air services.
- Tracked options are recommended for peace of mind and delivery confirmation.
- If you choose Standard (untracked) shipping, please note that no tracking number will be provided and I cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed parcels.
- Some countries do not support tracking. If tracked shipping is selected for such destinations, you will be refunded the tracking fee, and the item will be sent using standard international service.
EU Customers – Effective 13th December 2024
Due to new EU regulations, I am currently unable to sell or ship to countries within the European Union.
If an order is placed to an EU address, I will reach out to discuss alternative solutions or issue a full refund.
Delays & Responsibility
Please be aware that postal delays can occur, especially during peak seasons or global disruptions. Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are beyond my control. If any delays or issues arise, I will notify you as soon as possible.
It is the customer’s responsibility to cover any customs duties, VAT, or import fees charged by the destination country.
Please double-check that all shipping and contact information is accurate at checkout, as I cannot be responsible for delays or lost items due to incorrect information.
Cancellations Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, you have 48 hours from the time of purchase to do so. Please contact me as soon as possible if you’d like to request a cancellation.
As long as your order has not yet been shipped, a full refund will be issued.
After the 48-hour window, or if the item has already been dispatched, cancellations and refunds will no longer be possible.
Returns Policy
If you wish to return a non-jewellery item, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that all items—including original packaging—are returned in unused, original condition.
Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the item cost, excluding shipping fees.
Please note that:
- The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
- The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Jewellery Items
Due to health and hygiene reasons, I do not accept returns on jewellery.
Made-to-Order Items
Returns are not accepted for made-to-order or custom pieces. If work has begun after the 48-hour cancellation period, no changes can be made to the order.
In all cases, please contact me via email first so we can try to resolve any issues together.
Issues with Orders
Oversells:
In rare cases, two customers may purchase the same one-of-a-kind item simultaneously. Priority will go to the first completed order, and the other customer will be offered a similar item or a full refund. Items will not be replicated, but I’ll contact you promptly to resolve the issue.
Delayed Items:
I aim to dispatch all orders within 7 working days. Delays in postal delivery are out of my control and do not qualify for refunds.
Lost Items:
Please ensure your address is correct at checkout (including PayPal). If tracking shows your item as delivered but you haven't received it, check with your local post office. I’ll assist with a postal inquiry, but cannot guarantee a refund for lost items.
Missing, Incorrect, or Damaged Items:
Check your order immediately upon arrival and report any issues within 48 hours. Errors due to customer-provided personalization cannot be exchanged or refunded. All refunds/replacements are handled case by case.
Faulty or Broken Items:
Please send clear photos of the item and packaging within 48 hours. I may request more info to assess whether the damage occurred during shipping or was a production fault.
